Global Village Tech Park, now known as Sattva Global Tech City Park, is a well-known software technology park in Bangalore. The park is in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Off Mysore Road, behind RV College of Engineering in West Bangalore. The park spans an expansive area of 120 acres of land with a total built-up area of 3.3 million sq. ft.
Global Village Tech Park was constructed and owned until 2019 by Café Coffee Day under Tanglin. The headquarters of IT services firm Mindtree is located within the park. The tech park's value was estimated at Rs. 3,000 crores in 2019. In September 2019, Blackstone Group and Salarpuria Sattva acquired the tech park from Cafe Coffee Day for Rs. 2,800 crores. Hence, the tech park was renamed Sattva Global Tech City Park.
