Birla Estates is a subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Limited (CTIL), which is owned by the Aditya Birla Group. It is one of the leading real estate developers in India with projects in Mumbai, Bangalore, and NCR.
Today, the group is present in 36 countries across 6 continents with over 50% of its revenues coming from overseas operations. The Group’s turnover is around 60 billion dollars.

He has led the Group for more than 27 years, during which time he has increased stakeholder value, fostered meritocracy, and accelerated expansion. He was also the first Indian Industrialist to get the TiE Global Entrepreneurship Award for Business Transformation in 2021.
Mr. Birla has been a recipient of the ABLF Global Asian Award in 2019. This marquee award was constituted by the Dubai-based Asian Business Leadership Forum, under UAE Ministry of Economy. Also, he has received several awards from leading institutions like Forbes, EY, CNBC, CNN-News18, WEF etc.
Mr. Birla is engaged with Educational Institutions. He is the Chancellor of the BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) with campuses in Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai. He has been the Chairman of India’s premier management institute — Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Birla Estates has launched a stunning apartment project in Bangalore, Birla Advaya. It offers carefully designed 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with ultra-luxury features. It spans 30 acres of land and offers 1700 apartments. The launch of the project is in February 2025.
